U Of Mn Mortuary Science. Licensing and regulation of funeral establishments, crematories, alkaline hydrolysis, morticians, interns and funeral directors. This program combines the study of behavioral, physical, and applied sciences for the goal of preparing graduates for careers working with the deceased and their families.

The newly-established Program of Mortuary Science Student Travel Fund supports travel by mortuary science students to both regional and national funeral service organization meetings (no international travel can be funded).
